Paid Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe on the monthly or annual cycle selected at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Taxes may be calculated at checkout based on billing location and are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise required by law.
Free Trial
New accounts receive a 14-day Pro trial without entering payment information. Trial access ends automatically unless the customer chooses a paid plan. If a customer starts a paid subscription, the plan and renewal terms shown at checkout apply.
Cancellation
Customers may cancel a paid subscription from the account billing area or by contacting support@nextjenga.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access to paid features generally continues until the end of the current billing period unless the account is suspended for policy, security, or payment-risk reasons.
Subscription Refunds
Paid subscriptions are generally non-refundable after purchase, except where required by law or when there is a confirmed billing error. Partial-month refunds are not provided for cancellations. Refund requests are reviewed case by case, and customers should contact support within 14 days of the charge with the account email, charge date, and reason for the request.
Domain Purchases and Renewals
Domain registration purchases are submitted to the registrar after payment and may not be reversible once registration begins. Domain registration and renewal charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law, where the registrar rejects the order, or where NextJenga confirms a billing or processing error. Domain renewal behavior may depend on the subscription and registrar flow shown at checkout or in the domain management area.
Billing Errors
If a customer believes they were charged incorrectly, they should contact support@nextjenga.com as soon as possible and preferably within 14 days of the charge. We may ask for account, invoice, Stripe receipt, or domain order details to investigate.
Legal Review
This policy is operational guidance for launch readiness and does not replace formal legal advice. NextJenga should have counsel review this policy before broad paid launch, enterprise sales, or regulated-market expansion.
