You may not use NextJenga to create sites that distribute malware, host phishing schemes, promote illegal activities, sell counterfeit goods, distribute copyrighted material without authorization, engage in harassment or hate speech, collect personal data without consent, or send unsolicited commercial communications (spam). Sites that impersonate other businesses or individuals are also prohibited.
Content Standards
All content published through NextJenga must comply with applicable laws and regulations. Content must not infringe on intellectual property rights, contain defamatory material, include explicit content without proper age gating, or promote violence or discrimination. You are responsible for ensuring your content meets these standards.
Enforcement
We reserve the right to review any site or content for compliance with this policy. Violations may result in content removal, site suspension, or account termination depending on severity. Repeated violations will result in permanent account termination. We may report illegal activity to appropriate authorities.
